• CHAMPIONS GATE PARKING - Free on-site parking (limit of 6 vehicles per unit). - Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. - No overnight parking in overflow areas; towing begins at 10 PM. - Vehicles parked on the street must face the direction of traffic (passenger side to curb). - Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, fire hydrants, mailboxes or any access points. - Parking is not permitted on grass, playgrounds, or landscaped areas. - Double-parking or parking in a manner that creates a safety hazard is strictly prohibited. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft or recreational vehicles are not permitted. - Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas. - VEHICLE IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

• TRASH DISPOSAL Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that the USPS does not deliver to vacation homes as they do not recognize them as standard residential addresses; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
