It is paid directly to the Regal Palms Resort at check-in.
This fee is mandatory and intended to cover maintenance and security costs of the resort.
When you check-in at the front desk, you will receive a pass that gives you access to the gate and the home.
A wristband will be given which allows access to the resort area.

• REGAL PALMS PARKING
Parking is free up to 3 vehicles. $10 + tax per day for each additional vehicle.
Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft or recreational vehicles are not permitted.
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
There is a Publix supermarket on the same road as the resort in case you want to gather additional items for your stay.
Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

When Guest checks out of the Unit the Unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If damage is found at the Unit, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file the cost to fix or replace the damaged part in case of non observance of the house rules or damages. Guest agrees that Guest’s credit card on file may be charged to cover any such damage.
6% Fee for any Cancellation to cover transactions costs. For a 50% refund of the deposit, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. Applicable processing fees and taxes will be retained and remitted.
This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of Master Vacation Homes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
